Why FighterStrong

Everything You Need.
Nothing You Don't.

Most fitness apps bury the actual work under layers of features you'll never use. We took the opposite approach.

One Program. One Mission.

No exercise library. No social feed. No AI coach. FighterStrong does exactly one thing: runs you through the Pavel Fighter Pull-Up Program and keeps you honest.

Proven Progressive Overload

Pavel's Fighter program is battle-tested by martial artists and military athletes worldwide. The math is simple and the results are real — starting from your max and building daily.

Works Offline. Always.

Your data lives on your device. No account required to train. No cloud sync to fail. Open the app, see today's sets, mark it done. That's it.

Pay Once. Own It Forever.

No subscription. No recurring fees. A single one-time purchase unlocks the full 30-day program, push reminders, and notes — forever.

How It Works

Open App. Do Pull-Ups. Repeat.

The whole loop is four steps. You'll have it down on day one.

1

Test Your Max

Do as many dead-hang pull-ups as you can. Enter that number. The program is built around you from day one.

2

Get Your Program

FighterStrong calculates your complete 30-day schedule — every day's sets, every rest day, all mapped out in advance.

3

Hit Today's Sets

Open the app each morning. See exactly what to do. Do the sets. Tap complete. Get on with your day.

4

Retest & Level Up

On day 30, retest your max. See how far you've come. Restart with your new number and keep climbing.

The Program

The Pavel Fighter Pull-Up Program

Developed by strength coach Pavel Tsatsouline and used by special operations units and combat athletes, the Fighter Pull-Up Program uses daily sub-maximal effort to drive rapid strength gains without burning out.

You do five sets per day. Each set is slightly below your max, so you never grind to failure. One rep is added every day, rotating through sets 5 → 4 → 3 → 2 → 1. Every 6th day is a rest day. After 30 days, your pull-up max will be noticeably higher.

The logic is simple: daily practice with quality reps beats infrequent high-rep sessions every time.
